Follow white blazes North

Trail curves to the East – continue along BT and follow white blazes

Walk through Cedar Cathedral

Trail crosses Pretty River (PR)

No Bridge – hop across the steady stones in the river – and continue to follow white blazes along the river – enjoy bubbling sounds and many small waterfalls

Follow trail up a small incline

Cross Snowmobilers trail

Follow white blazes

Cross small bridge with great view to the West

Follow white blazes and prepare for a bit of a climb

Junction with blue Pretty River Side Trail

Turn right and take the blue side trail and follow the blue blazes now

Steep downhill

Be careful here. Poles could help you slow down.

Towards the East you will see a Beaver Pond with many cattails and red dogwood

Continue to follow the blue blazes

Cross snowmobilers trail

Continue to follow the blue blazes

Cross a small Rivulet without a bridge but with a steep climb to get back on the trail

Continue to follow the blue blazes

Cross snowmobilers trail

Continue to follow the blue blazes

Once more you come to the snowmobilers trail, but this time turn right and follow the blue blazes along the snowmobilers trail for about 40m, then turn left

Continue to follow the blue blazes along the snowmobilers trail

Sundown Lake is straight ahead. Now the trail curves west and Sundown Lake is on your right.

Continue to follow the blue blazes

Sundown Lake outflow and a small rest area to your right

Continue to follow the blue blazes up a short steep hill

Junction with the white BT. Blue Pretty River Side trail ends here

Take the white BT west across a boardwalk and into a large cedar bush

Junction with the blue Pretty River Access Trail.

Turn left and take this blue side trail to the PR Road

Turn right and walk to the cars
